Two observations:

When I read about "dismantling systems of oppression", the cadence and word choices remind me so much of the Trotskyite and Maoist groups around campus when I went to college 1969-1973. These writers should go back and take Orwell's warnings to heart about Newspeak.

Those who complain that this type of identity politics has been inaccurately tagged with the term Critical Race Theory are wasting their time complaining. You don't always get to choose the name of your group or intellectual position. If you don't understand that, just ask the Mormons and the Quakers.
